As the Chapter VP of Social Media, Will is responsible for all social media posts, content creation for social media posts, social media presence and engagement with followers, as well as responding to DM's and redirecting them to AMA's website when necessary.
Will is also in charge of tracking social media metrics and performing small analytics interpretations and, if necessary, forwarding them to the VP of Analytics for assistance.
